Cara Powers

Cara Powers is a writer, director, and producer based in the Los Angeles. She holds an MA in Text and Performance from a joint program between Birkbeck, University of London and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and a certificate in comedy filmmaking from the Harold Ramis Film School (associated with the world famous improv theatre The Second City). 
Her theatrical interests and expertise are extremely varied: she has directed and/or written everything from traditional plays to experimental and devised theatre. When it comes to filmmaking she has directed film noir, music videos, short films, even  commercials.  

She has produced multiple works as well, including theatre peices, short films, and music videos.
